Mohammed Alamoudi
Chief Executive Officer, and Co-Founder
With over 34 years of professional experience in the industrial and mining sectors, I currently serve as Chief Executive Officer of New Future Mining Company (NFMC)—a company established with a clear purpose: to deliver world-class laboratory analysis services and evolve into the go-to technical and consulting hub for Saudi Arabia’s rapidly advancing mining sector.
My career spans leadership roles in project development, engineering, and international joint ventures with three of the Kingdom’s most iconic companies: Saudi Aramco, SABIC, and Ma’aden. At SABIC, I played a key role in establishing two of its major subsidiaries in Jubail and Yanbu, guiding them from the earliest planning stages through to full operation. I was also honored to contribute to the launch of a petrochemical joint venture between SABIC and ExxonMobil in Texas, USA—a global-scale project that broadened my international exposure and strategic insight.
With a cumulative 11 years of overseas assignments—7 years in the United States, and 4 years across Europe and Japan—I bring a global mindset and deep technical understanding to every venture I lead. This global experience proved essential during my time at Ma’aden, where I served as Vice President for Gold, Base Metals, and Aluminum Projects, overseeing strategic growth initiatives in some of the Kingdom’s most critical mining segments.
At NFMC, my leadership is focused on building a cutting-edge mineral analysis laboratory in Jeddah, offering rapid, accurate testing for clients ranging from junior exploration companies to major mining operators. But we are not stopping there.
Our vision is bold: to transform NFMC into a one-stop platform for the mining industry—providing not only analysis, but also process optimization, metallurgical consulting, compliance support, environmental testing, and technical training. Through strategic partnerships with internationally accredited labs and a commitment to Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030, NFMC is positioned to become an indispensable partner in the Kingdom’s journey toward mining excellence.

Ghorman Al-Amri
Testing and Assaying GM
Ghorman Al-Amri is a veteran mining professional with over 30 years of leadership experience spanning geology, mining operations, and metallurgical processes across Saudi Arabia’s mineral sector. His expertise includes managing full mine life cycles—from exploration and construction to production, processing, and dore delivery—under both private and national entities, including a distinguished 25-year tenure at Saudi Arabian Mining Company (Ma’aden).
Last job was Mine Manager at Saudi Gold Refinery Co., Ghorman leads safety, environmental compliance, production optimization, and budget oversight. His proven track record in assay laboratory procedures, including hands-on training in XRF, analytical chemistry, and gold processing from top-tier institutions in Germany, the U.S., Canada, and South Africa, positions him as a strategic asset to NFMC’s mineral laboratory operations.
With a bachelor’s degree in Geochemistry from King Abdulaziz University, and extensive international training in quality control, process plant optimization, and team leadership, Ghorman combines technical mastery with visionary leadership. His ability to deliver projects safely, optimize throughput, and build strong community relations aligns directly with NFMC’s commitment to operational excellence, safety, and Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 mining transformation goals.

Victor J. Andalesio
Technical Director
Victor J. Andalesio is a highly experienced Laboratory Manager and Registered Chemist with nearly two decades of leadership in analytical and assay laboratories serving the mining and minerals industry across Southeast Asia and the Middle East. Currently leading operations at AMAK Mining Company in Saudi Arabia, Victor brings hands-on expertise in laboratory commissioning, ISO/IEC 17025:2017 compliance, precious metals analysis, and smelting—making him exceptionally aligned with NFMC’s mineral testing and lab quality objectives.
Victor’s career spans executive roles at Philex Mining Corporation and SGS Philippines, where he managed multi-discipline lab teams, directed copper and gold assay operations, and enforced rigorous QA/QC programs. His work in port operations, concentrate handling, and environmental compliance adds strategic depth for end-to-end lab-to-logistics operations within NFMC.
A DOST-SEI Scholar and Licensed Chemist, Victor holds ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor certification and is trained in both laboratory excellence and industrial safety. His international exposure, regulatory knowledge, and leadership in managing high-stakes operations ensure NFMC’s laboratory performance is accurate, compliant, and optimized for future growth under Vision 2030.
