New Future Mining Company (NFMC) and Nesch Mintech of Africa have officially signed a strategic agreement to operate and support the launch of the Nesch Mintech Arabia Analytical Hub – Advanced Mineral Testing & Analytical Solutions, located in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
The contract signing ceremony, held in Dar es Salaam, was attended by distinguished guests including the Ambassador of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques to the United Republic of Tanzania, His Excellency Mr. Yahya Ahmed Okeish, and the Executive Director of the Tanzania Investment Center, His Excellency Mr. Gilead J. Teri. Their presence highlighted the growing partnership between Saudi Arabia and Tanzania in critical sectors such as mining and technology.
The Nesch Mintech Arabia Analytical Hub is a fully owned subsidiary of New Future Mining Company. As part of the agreement, Nesch Mintech of Africa will serve as a service provider, responsible for transferring technical knowledge, providing operational expertise, and managing the facility for an initial period of one year. During this period, Nesch Mintech will also oversee the ISO 17025 certification process and the accreditation management to ensure that the facility adheres to international quality standards in mineral testing. Once NFMC’s Saudi technical staff are fully trained, they will take over the facility’s operations.
This partnership reflects NFMC’s commitment to localizing advanced mineral testing capabilities in line with Saudi Vision 2030. By leveraging Nesch Mintech’s global expertise, the facility will not only operate at world-class standards from its inception but will also contribute to the development of local capacity in mineral analysis and quality control.
“This agreement marks a major milestone in our strategy to advance the Kingdom’s mining sector,” said a spokesperson for New Future Mining Company. “Through Nesch Mintech’s expertise, we will ensure that the Nesch Mintech Arabia Analytical Hub achieves ISO 17025 accreditation and is positioned as a regional leader in mineral testing and analysis.”
The collaboration is set to make a significant contribution to Saudi Arabia’s mining ecosystem and support industrial diversification, in alignment with the goals of Vision 2030.
